Administration – We handle your day-to-day questions with your group insurance plans as well as administer COBRA and Flex Plans
COBRA
- Notify Qualified Beneficiaries of COBRA rights.
- Bill COBRA participants and collect premium payments.
- Terminate coverage when COBRA expires or premium is not paid.
Flexible Benefit Plans
- Design a plan acceptable to the Internal Revenue Service and tailored to your requirements.
- Prepare the required Plan Document and Summary Plan Description for attorney review.
- File all necessary documents with the Department of Labor.
- Administer the plan as primary claims processor and adjudicator.
