Administration – We handle your day-to-day questions with your group insurance plans as well as administer COBRA and assist with pre-tax benefits.

 

          COBRA

-          Notify Qualified Beneficiaries of COBRA rights.

-          Bill COBRA participants and collect premium payments.

-         Terminate coverage when COBRA expires or premium is not paid.

  

         DAILY ADMINISTRATION

 -   Process employee additions and terminations

 -   Update employee status, address, etc. with

      insurances 

 -   Work directly with employees to address claim

      issues

 -    Keep you abreast of legislative changes
