Analyze - Meet with you to learn about your concerns, needs, and goals. - Do a detailed analysis of your current benefit plans. - Prioritize the strengths and weaknesses of your current program. Research - Review current market place trends and financing alternatives. - Survey the market for plans that meet your specific needs. - Negotiate with insurance companies to get the best possible benefit and cost package. Report - Summarize your current benefit program. - Advise you of options available in the current market. - Compare your plan benefits and costs to alternatives. - Make recommendations based on your goals. Administration – We handle your day-to-day questions with your group insurance plans as well as administer COBRA and Flex Plans COBRA - Notify Qualified Beneficiaries of COBRA rights. - Bill COBRA participants and collect premium payments. - Terminate coverage when COBRA expires or premium is not paid. Flexible Benefit Plans - Design a plan acceptable to the Internal Revenue Service and tailored to your requirements. - Prepare the required Plan Document and Summary Plan Description for attorney review. - File all necessary documents with the Department of Labor. - Administer the plan as primary claims processor and adjudicator.
